Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services is seeking an
ACT Team Lead
to support our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program based in Georgetown, Delaware. The ACT team offers on-call crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the residents of Sussex County.
$47000 - $52000 / year and comprehensive benefitsEligible for $5000 sign on bonus
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm with some additional coverage as neededThe Role:
The ACT Team Lead directs, supervises, and supports the activities of an interdisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team, as well as communicates agency vision and implements strategic initiatives within the region. Assures that the appropriate services and support are offered to persons serviced based on the guiding principles of PRISM.Manage staff and program in a PRISM-based manner. Provide one-on-one structured administrative supervision, conducts regular staff meetings, complete 90-day and annual performance appraisals, develop and/or execute strategic and succession plans, and develop a strong, committed team.Ensure program operations follow all agency, CBSF, CARF, and PRISM standards. Ensures that the vision of the agency is implemented in all programs. Participates in RFP process as requested.Assist Regional Director in the development and monitoring of budgets.Serves as Elwyn’s local representative with the funding source. Ensures that funding source requirements are met, assist Regional Director in working effectively with the funding source.Supports development of and participates in regional/program advisory committees to ensure community input and integration.Ensures effective communication between programs and the Administrative Office Departments.Serve as a role model to regional staff presenting a professional, ethical, and positive image, as well as communicating the agency's corporate culture and values as stated in its mission statement.
Qualifications:Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related human services field.At least three years of behavioral health experience (in-patient and/or community treatment).A minimum of two years providing direct supervision to a team of three or more staff.Delaware state clinical licensure (LCSW, LPCMH) is preferred.Valid driver’s license. Regular travel throughout the region. Driving in inclement weather as needed.Ability to respond to crisis situations as presented.
